Anne Zink
CEO and Founder
Anne executes our mission, setting the tone and pace, while creating stakeholder value across our global operations. She is top-rated on Glassdoor for leadership that engages employees, investors and customers, alike. Previously she was the founder and CSO at AZtech Strategies, helping launch disruptive products at 3Com, Alcatel, Avaya, D&B, HP, Lucent, PwC, SAP, Seagate, Siemens AG and Unisys.
Chris Fawcett
CMO
Chris is our global head of marketing, design & culture. He leads teams, agencies and initiatives across demand generation, sales support, branding, web, social, digital, product design, UI/UX, business partnerships and investor engagement. Prior to 5x5, he worked in several startups and as an executive at Sony where he launched HDTV and Blu-ray Disc. AdAge has twice named him to the Marketing 50.
Adrienne Anderson
CFO
Adrienne began her professional life in Finance in external audit with RSM Chicago, building a career in the audit sector before becoming a partner at Withum in 2017. Later she founded and operated her own accounting and consulting practice. Adrienne has significant experience helping companies grow with a strategic, "go public" orientation that drives discipline, accuracy in technical accounting, financial reporting, and the in-depth demands of an audit process. Adrienne is a longtime supporter of March of Dimes, a Certified Public Accountant with credentials in two states, and a magna cum laude graduate in Accountancy from Eastern Illinois University.
Adam Flater
VP, Engineering & Infrastructure
Adam is head of Engineering and Product. He leads our teams developing the next generation of AI-powered infrastructure analytics. His expertise spans cloud computing systems and software architecture. Adam's career includes work with Tesla Motors, eBay, NASDAQ, General Dynamics, and Pearson Education while also holding leadership roles at The Trade Desk and Dow Jones’ Wall St. Journal.
Erich Nachbar
Head of Artificial Intelligence
Leading AI and Machine Learning at 5x5. Former executive at X (Google's moonshot factory) and CTO at both Quantifind and Virtual Power Systems. O'Reilly Publishing called Erich "one of our favorite engineers." Earned a CS degree in his native Germany and holds seven US patents.
Ton Duut
Director Program & Business Dev., EMEA
Ton has achieved significant wins in his career as a B2B software executive for a number of firms in Europe and across the globe. Most recently he ws the Managing Director of Groupe Luminess for the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.

Our team include talent from computing and data powerhouses like Google, X, DowJones, NASA, and Stanford University. As a young, growing company, we pride ourselves on having PhD's and other experts in computer science, data analytics, computational geometry, cloud computing, systems architecture, CAD, user experience, design, flight operations, 3D modeling, photogrammetry, and neural networks. (Whoa! That's a lot!) Beyond the brainiac type stuff, 5x5ers are simply a group of really great people.
